Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we usually don’t accept returns, as this helps us maintain the highest hygiene standards for everyone.

We’ve found that hygiene stickers are not always effective as they can be easily replaced, and we don’t want to risk re-selling these pieces.

‎ 

That said, we do try to be fair - if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, or there’s a genuine issue, we’re always happy to take a look and make things right where we can.

‎ 

Please note, we cannot accept returns if the tags have been removed, if the item has been used, or from international orders outside of the UK.
